POPE BENEDICT XVI The MAGISTERIUM of the Church is the living, teaching office of the Church, whose task it is to give “an authentic interpretation of the Word of God, whether in its’ written form (SACRED SCRIPTURE) or in the form of TRADITION.” The Magisterium ensures the Church’s fidelity to the teaching of the Apostles in matters of faith and morals.
PAPAL MASS AT BELLAHOUSTON, SEPTEMBER 16th – The names of all Pilgrims have now been sent to the Catholic Bishops Conference Office and we await further instructions. Our Parish Co-ordinator is Mrs. Rosa Shearer who may be contacted on 751020. (EVENINGS only).
Payment of £20 must be made at weekend of Sept. 4th/5th. NO MORE PILGRIMS ALLOWED.
HOLY HOUR for all Pilgrims and Parishioners in the Church on Mon., Sept. 6th from 7.30-8.30.
REPRESENTATIVES OF MARY’S MEALS will visit us on Sat./Sun., Sept. 25th/26th. Bags of clothing will be uplifted in the Car Park after the 9 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. Masses.
